How We Farm
Regenerative Methods
We incorporate regenerative farming methods that focus on improving soil health and overall vineyard balance — building the land up season after season.
Sheep Integration
Sheep provide natural weed control while returning organic nutrients back into the soil, reducing mechanical mowing and supporting stronger, healthier vines.
Targeted Irrigation
We use targeted irrigation and fertigation practices to maintain proper vine balance throughout the growing season — delivering what each block needs, when it needs it.
Hands-On Canopy Work
Pruning, canopy and crop management allow us to adapt to each season’s conditions and consistently produce quality fruit across all our blocks.
Evolution of the farm
Expanding Beyond the Vine
As the farm continues to evolve, we have expanded into livestock integration — adding cattle and converting select vineyard blocks into pastureland. This shift supports a more diversified operation and reflects our ongoing commitment to improving the land for the long term.
